EXPLORERS ROOM

Our Explorers room is for children aged 2 to 3 years.

In this room we encourage lots of social interactions, working on those early skills of sharing and turn taking and playing with others.

We enjoy lots of stories, songs and dancing to encourage our creative skills!

We have lots of role play opportunities to spark those little imaginations.

Toilet training and independence building is a usual factor within this age group and we work closely with parents and carers to support them. Consistency is key, particularly with toilet training, so we will implement your techniques from home at Preschool.

We also support children’s confidence with tasks such as washing hands and dressing themselves. All of those little responsibilities that contribute to building the children’s foundations of the transition to Primary school!
